This course is not compulsory but it has been strongly recommended by the HSE that all persons holding a First Aid Certificate, should attend this course every year for two years and then to attend the 2 Day Refresher course as normal every third year if you hold a full First Aid at Work certificate; or the 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work for those who originally took part in the 1 Day course. This is to ensure that all delegates are subject to the recommended standards specified by the HSE

• All other work related accidents/illnesses

• Use of the AED
